Mailing list

There is a built-in mailing list function in CRM+.

You can use this to manage your mailing list directly from CRM+.

The list can be found at the Reports panel:

If you click on the Mailing list button you will see the following window:

Here you can see your previously added email addresses and the statuses of them.

Inactive email addresses are red, and you can see the date you removed them. You can reactivate them by clicking on the little red icon.

You can add a new email address by clicking on the plus sign.

Exporting email addresses

You may want to use an external bulk mailer software to send a newsletter to your contacts.

In this case you can export the mailing list to various formats by clicking on the export button:

Adding and removing email addresses from contacts

You can also add and remove an email address from the contacts in CRM+.

First, edit the contact by clicking on the contact name at the main page:

Here you can see his email addresses. If you click on one of the email addresses you can add it to the mailing list:

If the contact is already added you will see a remove button, by which you can remove the contact's address from the mailing list.

Linking to online mailing lists

CRM+ can be linked to an external, online email marketing software.

This is done by php files, which you have to put online.

Currently Interspire Email Marketer is the software that is supported, but an interface can be created by us for almost any other email marketing software.

After the interface files are ready and uploaded, you can go to the Settings panel, and choose Online Mailing list setup:

Here you will see a dialog that can be used to setup the online mailing list linking:

Here you have to choose that you wish to use an external mailing list, and set up the parameters you got from us.
