There are some fields at the client records, in which you decide what you want to store. These are called custom fields.
When you edit a client record you can see them:
There are 2 date fields, 2 number fields and two text fields. These are used for data types that their name suggests. You can only store full dates in the date field. Number fields are for number data, while the text is a text field which can contain numbers as well.
By default these are just listed as an other date, other number and other text label.
You may decide that you want to store the year when the company was founded. CRM+ has no default field for this. It's a good idea then to take Other number 1, and store the year there.
You may want to rename these labels, which you can do the following way:
Go to the settings pane, and choose the Client custom field setup button
A window will appear:
Here you will see the custom fields listed on the left, and the name of them on the right. CRM+ is a multi language software, so first you have to go to the language that you use.
If you use english, then move to the english language. If somebody uses it in for example hungarian as well, it's a good idea to fill that translation as well.
When you are finished, you can click OK.
If you now check the client edit dialog, you will notice, that the new label appeared:
