Competitors

You may decide to store your competitors in CRM+ as well. In this case, you can set up them as a competitor, and later you can add them to the clients.

(For e.g.: you are a business software developer company, and you have clients that have some other business softwares. You may then store the competitor developer company, then store at the client that they have a competitor software running there by them.)

Marking a client as a competitor

When you create or edit a client record, you will see a competitor button at the bottom of the edit window:

If you check this, this client will be marked as a competitor.

In the list, and the main page, you will see them in yellow:

Storing competitor entry at a client

Let's say you want to store at Another company, that Competitor company is a competitor to you there.

In this case, go to Another company, and at the info panel you will see the competitors at the client panel:

By clicking on the Plus sign you can add a new entry.

First you have to choose the competitor from the previously set competitors:

After this you can set the other pieces of information that you know.

When finished, click on the OK button.
