With CRM+ you can easily export, bulk mail and bulk email a contact list.
These actions are done almost the same way.
Let's say we want to do these actions to every John is our CRM+.
First let's go to the search panel, and change the search mode to contact searching, by changing the switch on the top-right:
After this, write the name John to the contact first name field, and do the search.
In my sample CRM system there are 3 contacts that match this criteria:
What we see that these contacts have different color.
The orange color shows that that contact works at a competitor company.
The red color indicates that the contact is inactive.
CRM+ by default is set to remove inactive, competitor, inactive companies' employees and “no promotion” contacts to avoid contacting with them. You can change this behavior by removing the checkboxes from the listed options:
Notice: this filtering is only done right before the action, you cannot see the effects of them as you click.
If you manually want to remove a contact from the contact list, just click on the little arrow in front of his name.

Before exporting, you have to choose your position, set up the communication category and choose a subject. This is needed because CRM+ will store a history entry to all of the contacts indicating that something happened to them. So the parameters you set here will be the history entry.

You can also set up a reminder here as well by clicking the reminder button:
The main difference is that the overdue field. This set in how many days do the newly created reminder will expire (when using CRM+ as a multi user enviroment).
This reminder setup is optional.

You can choose from the letter templates, and use Tags to personalize the letters.
After finished, you can print the letters. You can previously choose if you want envelopes and labels printed.
