List view

The list view shows the current found set (the result of the last search, or every records) of clients.

Here you can quickly look at your current found set, sort them by clicking on the headers, and do mass actions to them.

The list elements can have different colors, such as on the main view.

Inactive clients are red, marked clients are green and have a little radio-button in front of them pressed while competitor clients are orange.

You can mark a client here by pressing the radio button in front of them.

If you click on a list element, it will take you to the main page.

Previous list / next list

If you do a search and want to get back to the last found set, you can use the previous list function. This will give you the previous found set. So you can use this function to navigate back and forward in the found sets.

CRM+ can store 5 found sets of these search results.

Mass actions

You can do mass actions to the list by clicking on the mass changes button at the navigation bar.

Adding client categories

Here you have to choose a client category. The category you choose will be added to the clients in the client list.

Removing client categories

Here you can choose a client category which you want to remove from every client in the client list.

Add business category

Here you can choose from the 3-category business field list, which will be added to the business field to every client in the client list.

Add attached company

Here you can attach all client in the client list to one client that you choose as an attached company

Add mass reminder

Here you can set up a history and a reminder to all clients. It's a good idea to use this function if you want to set up a task for yourself or co-worker to do something to these clients.

Mark all

Using this function you can mark all clients in the list. This is mark which is connected to the current user, so when using CRM+ as a multi-user system, only you will see these markings:
