This is an index over all available pages ordered by namespaces.
The main page shows the current client record of the current found set.
The current found set is always the result set of the last search. If no search was made, or the show all button was pressed, the found set consists of every client.
You can always see the found set state at the left of the window and can navigate with the arrows.
You can edit the client record by clicking on the little lock sign:
You can also delete the company here, if there it has no history entries yet.
You can decide to mark a client by pressing the mark client button:
In this case the company is shown as green (even in the list view) and a little icon appears to indicate the marking.
When using CRM+ as a multi-user system, this marking that you do appears only if you login. If someone else sees that record that you marked, it will not be marked, so these flags can be set for each user for themselves.
You may have two clients in your list, that are the same company, but the second one was added by accident, or by a wrong import, and you want that to disappear.
In this case you have two options. You can delete the second one, but this can't be done when history entries has been made to it.
This is when merging comes in. What it does is basically creates one client of the two, leaving all available data.
To use the function, you have to go to the company, that you DO NOT want to have:
Click on the lock sign, and mark the client as inactive:
If you click on the OK button, you will see the client page:
Now go back to the client's page that you want to keep and click on the merge button:
The following message will apear:
Click on the OK button. Now you have to choose the the client you previously inactivated:
After this you have to confirm, that you wish to merge:
After the merge finished, you can decide to delete the old company page:
The merging is now finished. You can see on the client page that infos that were not present appeared, contacts, categories etc were moved here as well.
