We're planning two new online services in the future, belong to CRM+ softwares:

The most recent version of the CRM+ SUE is is always available on crm.fm website. If you had downloaded the CRM+ software from a mirror site, please check the www.crm.fm/download page for the latest version.

This fully functional trial version of the SUE will stop working after 30 launch. To continue using CRM+ after that, you will need to purchase a license. After buying CRM+ Single User Edition license, you will receive a license code that can activate your copy, so you don’t need to download CRM+ again and you can keep using the data you have created with it.

Because the Single User Edition is an executable FileMaker runtime, you don't have to install FileMaker Pro software to use it. The Single User Edition can run on Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista SP1, Windows 7 and Mac OS X 10.5 (or newer) operating systems.

The database is stored on the user's machine locally in this case and the user has to make backup copies by own hands. The users can not share their databases to others with this Single User Edition.

The NCE version of CRM+ is already based on FileMaker Pro database management softwares, because a FileMaker Pro software can share a single CRM+ NCE database for up to 4 or 9 ¹⁾ other FileMaker Pro enabled users. This Network Capable Edition of CRM+ allows multiple computer users to access the same CRM+ database on a host computer at the same time. It is necessary to assign a host computer to share the CRM+ database file for other FileMaker Pro enabled users. The other FileMaker Pro enabled users need a live connection to this host computer while using its database. They can access to the host across the network or over the internet and they can add, change or delete information, print reports at the same time.

Any computer accessing FileMaker Pro files over a network will need to have a licensed installation of versions 8.x, 9 or 10 of FileMaker Pro. FileMaker Pro 7 use the same file format as FileMaker Pro 10 but are no longer supported due to product obsolescence.

The internet database sharing has some special requirements:

• continuous access to the Internet or intranet via TCP/IP with fix IP or dynamic DNS service
• 1024/768 kbps bandwidth or faster
• NAT port redirecting in the router to the host computer (if you use router at the host computer)

If the host computer go offline or somebody close the CRM+ database on it, the connected users will be disconnected immediately. It is recommended that the host computer to be continuously on during work hours, thus ensuring that the CRM+ is available for other users.

This Server Capable Edition of CRM+ allows multiple computer users to access the same CRM+ database on a server computer at the same time. It is necessary to assign a server grade computer to share the CRM+ database file for other users. The users need a live connection to this server computer while using its database. They can access to the server across the network or over the internet and they can add, change or delete information, print reports at the same time.

The internet database sharing has some special requirements:

• continuous access to the Internet or intranet via TCP/IP with fix IP or dynamic DNS service
• 1024/768 kbps bandwidth or faster (4 Mbps/2 MBps recommended)
• NAT port redirecting in the router to the server computer (if you use the server with internal IP)

FileMaker Pro is a cross-platform relational database application from FileMaker Inc. (a subsidiary of Apple Inc.). It integrates a database engine with a GUI-based interface. FileMaker evolved from a DOS application, but was then developed primarily for the Apple Macintosh. Since 1992 it has been available for Microsoft Windows as well as Mac OS, and can be used in a heterogeneous environment. It is available in desktop, server, and web-delivery configurations.

FileMaker Pro 10 databases use the same file format (.fp7) as FileMaker Pro 9 and FileMaker Pro 8.x therefore databases can easily be shared between these versions. While FileMaker Pro 7 have the same file format, they are no longer supported due to product obsolescence.

Features specific to the newer versions are only supported in the newer versions (e.g. Script Trigger and Send Mail via SMTP introduced in FileMaker Pro 10, are only supported by FileMaker Pro 10).

Additional Requirements
The Admin Console works on machines that have network access to FileMaker Server.
The supported operating systems for these applications are:

TCP/IP; FileMaker Server 10 is limited to 250 simultaneous client connections and FileMaker Server 10 Advanced is limited to 999 simultaneous client connections; each FileMaker Pro client requires a licensed copy of FileMaker Pro 8.x, 9, or 10.
